If you have something that you would like to donate to the rescue, you can do so one of two ways. You can visit one of the locations below, or contact us and we will arrange for a volunteer pick up.
We are immensely grateful for any donations that can be made. Things like:
- kennels/crates
- blankets and towels
- collars and leashes
- food and water bowls
- dog beds
- chew toys
- cleaning products (bleach, laundry detergent - high efficiency only, garbage bags, poop bags from the dollar store, hand soap)
- bones and dog treats
- puppy pee pads
...are all highly valuable to us.
Of course, food donations are also greatly appreciated. We can, however, only accept sealed and non-expired donations. Expired foods often cause upset tummies, and a handful of pooches in your home with diarrhea is not a good time!

Our dogs are rescued from different parts of the continent. Donate your Alaska Airlines points to help us transport these dogs.
Traveling to Los Cabos, Mexico?
If you are planning a trip down to Cabo San Lucas or La Paz, Mexico, you could help by rescuing dogs first hand! If you are able to help transport dogs back to Canada, email us and we can provide you with more information. You don't have to organize anything - we coordinate volunteers at the airports at both ends of your trip who manage all of the details.
As well, we often collect dog crates here in Calgary that belong to the shelters we work with. When dogs are flown up, they are flown up in crates, however, it is difficult to get these crates back to Mexico. With your help, we can ship disassembled crates and supplies back to the shelter allowing us to help save more dogs. Crates are extremely difficult to find in Mexico, and if they are found, they are very expensive for the shelter to purchase. If you are able to help, please send us an email.
