About Epic
Ebony beauty Epic is the epitome of loyalty and love.
Lapping up his fosters’ affection like a thirsty doggy sponge, he loves snuggling and cuddling with them and faithfully following them everywhere they go.
As active as he is affectionate, he also loves play/wrestling with the resident dog, racing him around the backyard, playing fetch, running at the tennis courts, hiking and walking once or twice a day, and meeting new people and other dogs along the way.
An easygoing passenger in the car, highly intelligent and an excellent listener, he knows “sit”, “stay”, “roll over”, “shake” and “leave it” to release a sock or a toy. Having lived calmly alongside cats, he’s leash trained despite occasionally pulling and then relaxing on leash, sleeps through the night on his bed beside his fosters’ bed, and is fully housetrained. He is crate trained (he’ll go in on cue and will even go in and nap in there regularly when the door is left open) and he has great recall.
Now Epic is eager to find an especially loving home, preferably with a securely fenced yard and older children, to complete his commands and ensure that he’s mentally and physically satisfied fur-ever.
