Roo is winning raves from his foster home! As sociable as he is affectionate, he jumps right into his foster mom’s lap, loves cuddling with her, being petted and having her coat brushed. Blessed with the sweetest purr, he’s mastered the fine art of “making biscuits” and enjoys playing as much as stretching out and relaxing. Whileshe occasionally gets some nighttime zoomies, Roo also loves cuddling in bed at night, is fully litter box trained and ready to win raves from an adoring fur-ever home.
