Tenderness and time are key to earning quiet Veto’s trust. Emerging ever so slowly from her shy kitten shell, she’s started to accept a few brief pets here and there from her empathetic foster mom. A paws-itive work in progress, Veto promises to be the most loving of cats in a truly patient adoptive home, particularly if she’s adopted with a littermate or with her mom Julie Chen.

Veto was born approximately July 2026.
