Hi, I’m Benedict!

I’m a happy, affectionate puppy with a big heart and a curious mind. I love people and am always excited to make new friends. When I meet someone new, I might get a little jumpy with excitement at first, but it’s only because I’m so thrilled to say hello.

I’m a social guy who enjoys meeting other dogs and loves a good play session. On playdates, I show friendly, appropriate puppy play and have a great time running around with my canine buddies. On walks, I’m very curious about the world and sometimes pull toward people or dogs because I want to greet them, but I’m learning quickly with the help of treats and positive reinforcement.

I’m a smart boy who’s already picking up the house routine. I know to go potty outside, sleep well in my crate at night, and I can stay crated for several hours during the day without any issues. I’m learning commands like “sit,” and my recall is improving too—especially if there are kibbles involved!

Like many puppies, I’m still learning what is and isn’t a toy. I love to chew (a lot!), so having appropriate chews and guidance helps me stay on track. I’m also working on my excitement levels — sometimes I forget my manners and jump up to say hello, but I’m learning more every day with consistent training.

I’m an active pup who thrives with exercise, playtime, and mental enrichment. A couple of daily walks, fun play sessions, and activities keep me happy and ready to relax afterward.

At home, I’m incredibly sweet and loving with my people. One of my favorite things to do is lean in for pets and then flop over for belly rubs. I bond quickly and love being close to my humans.

With my floppy ears, loving personality, and eagerness to learn, I’m sure to bring a lot of joy (and a bit of puppy silliness!) to the lucky family who welcomes me home.

Benedict was born approximately April 2025 and will be a medium to large dog when fully grown.
