Hi, I’m Mona

I’m a sweet, snuggly girl with a sensitive heart and a playful spirit. If you’re looking for a best friend who will be deeply devoted to you and love nothing more than curling up close — I might be your perfect match.

I absolutely love my people. Once I feel comfortable, I’m incredibly affectionate and will happily follow you around the house just to be near you. I’m a world-class cuddler and always ready for some cozy time together.

I’m also a smart and active girl who enjoys learning and staying busy. I already know commands like “sit,” I’m crate trained, housetrained, and I’m very food motivated — which makes training fun for both of us. I’d thrive with someone who enjoys continuing my training, maybe even trying fun activities like agility or advanced tricks!

When it comes to other dogs, I can do really well with the right match. I may be a little unsure at first, but with proper introductions and respectful dog friends, I enjoy playing and building confidence. Having a calm, friendly dog companion could be a great fit for me.

I do have a sensitive side. The world can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes, especially busy environments or lots of new things at once. Because of that, I’m looking for a quieter home where I can take things at my own pace and continue building confidence with support and patience.

I have a fun, playful energy and love activities like backyard play, enrichment games, and off-leash adventures in calm environments. Walks in busy neighbourhoods can be a bit much for me right now, so I’ll need a family willing to find creative, low-stress ways to keep me happy and fulfilled.

At home, I’m a lovely balance — playful when it’s time for fun, and calm and cuddly when it’s time to relax. I also do well when left alone for a few hours and settle nicely in my routine.

My dream home?

A calm, patient household (with older kids or adults) that understands sensitive dogs and uses positive, gentle training. A home with a yard would be a big bonus, especially while I continue to grow my confidence. I’d love people who enjoy both outdoor adventures and quiet cuddle time.
